Moves:

-Flies in and fires an energy ball from his hand cannon from the air.

-Runs in and turns around. He spins his tails and creates a whirlwind which hits everyone in the way.

-Flies the Tornado 2 along the course, hitting anyone that gets in the way.

Finisher:

-Twirls a shrink ray and zaps everyone with over 75% damage. He then picks them all up in one hand and drops them in his mouth.
